DOES GRIND FITNESS OFFER IN-HOME TRAINING?

YES! Anita offers in-home 1:1 or 1:2 personal training in the Mississauga area. Contact us directly for pricing and availability. 

DOES GRIND FITNESS OFFER ONLINE TRAINING PROGRAMS?

Yes, Grind Fitness offers customized online programs for those that are interested. The cost is $150/month and can be purchased on the Plans & Pricing page. Contact us directly and let us know what your goals are and if they include any specific fitness testing and your current training regimen.

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I TRAIN WITH GRIND FITNESS?

That depends on your schedule and budget. 1-3x a week options are available on the Plans & Pricing page. If you can only train with your Grind Fitness personal trainer 1x a week then we recommend you do an additional 2 sessions on your own to see changes and progression. 

DO YOU OFFER NUTRITION ADVICE AND MEAL PLANS?

We don't offer meal plans, but we can do a detailed review of your current eating. We will make suggestions that are sustainable and gives you the energy you need for training and daily life. 

WILL I LOSE WEIGHT?

If you are currently inactive and start training consistently and making nutritional improvements you will notice changes in your body. We encourage all of our clients NOT to focus on seeing a specific number on the scale. A better gauge of your progress is your body composition (increased muscle and fat loss), how you feel in your clothes, look in the mirror, your energy level and recovery.  

HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE OR NOTICE A DIFFERENCE?

Depending on your overall activity level and nutrition you should start to notice changes after 3-6 weeks of starting a new regimen. Individual results will vary based on your lifestyle, frequency/intensity of training, metabolism and other factors.  

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON CANCELLATIONS?

We have a 24hr cancellation policy. We understand outlying or emergency circumstances, however we also must be able to serve all of our clients and maintain schedules with the training facility.

WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? 

The training facility is located approximately located at Tomken & Matheson in Mississauga, ON.  

CAN I BRING A FRIEND?

You may bring a friend to watch and a 2:1 session can be managed if it is a one-time occurrence. If you are interested in signing up with a partner or friend, we do offer 2:1 packages. A trial session can be purchased on the Plans & Pricing page.  Packages for 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week are also available (Contact below for the rates). By signing up with a friend you can save approximately 25% off of our 1:1 training prices!

 ARE THERE ANY HIDDEN FEES & WHAT IS INCLUDED?

We are self-employed personal trainers that use a fully  equipped facility to train our clientele. We pay a fee for each client and session for access to this facility and it is included in what we charge you. There are NO HIDDEN FEES. There is NO ADDITIONAL gym membership fee as you will find with most personal trainers at other gyms.

All personal training includes 1:1 guidance and coaching,  a personalized program designed for you and modified according to your progress, nutritional and lifestyle guidance to help you reach your goals.
