Grind Fitness was founded in 2016 by Pete and Anita. Both are certified personal trainers who are passionate about helping their clients reach their goals!

We specialize in Strength & Conditioning & Functional Training. This is fitness that can be applied to your everyday life!

 

We use a variety of training methods including strength, endurance, plyometrics, circuits and mobility. You can be sure that you are in for some challenging workouts that will push you to grow and reach the next level of your fitness! 

Anita and Pete are currently training clients in the Mississauga, ON area at a private fitness facility. While most of our clientele are face-to-face we do offer customized online programs for those that are interested. Anita also provides in-home training in the local area.
