Both certified in personal training, Pete and Anita are dedicated to helping each client reach their unique potential, bringing expert guidance, unwavering motivation, and genuine support to every session.

At Grind Fitness, we specialize in Strength & Conditioning and Functional Training – fitness that empowers you to take on life's demands with greater strength, agility, and confidence. Our tailored programs combine a variety of techniques including strength building, endurance, plyometrics, circuit training, and mobility. Every workout is designed to challenge you, helping you grow stronger, fitter, and closer to your goals.

 

Located in Mississauga, ON, we offer in-person training at a private, fully-equipped fitness facility, where you’ll experience a supportive and focused environment. Prefer to work out on your own schedule? Our customized online programs are available to fit your needs, no matter where you are.
